Product & Innovation Manager
Hi there 👋

I'm Giulia – a Product Manager with a unique background that blends product strategy, UX research, and hands-on design.

Giulia Jagan

About me

In the early stages of my PM career, I wore many hats: leading strategy, designing wireframes, and conducting deep user research.

With over 4 years of experience in product roles — including 2.5 years working solo as both PM and designer — I've cultivated a strong ability to shape early ideas into clear, user-driven solutions.

Today, I'm focused on building responsible, user-centered digital products — and currently learning how to prototype with AI tools to accelerate product discovery and validation.

My work experience

Product Manager at vonRoll Hydro, Zürich

February 2021 - February 2025

I joined VonRoll Hydro to lead the redesign of INFRAPORT — a digital platform for sustainable infrastructure management used in over 20 countries.

Initially hired as a solo Product Manager with design responsibilities, I led the strategy, UX research, and early product iterations single-handedly. As the platform scaled, I actively contributed to forming the design team and later took on the role of design team lead while continuing to drive product direction and delivery.

Main achievements:

🚀

End-to-End Product Ownership

Drove the full product lifecycle from user research to launch and iteration, including a ~50% platform redesign that significantly improved usability and customer satisfaction across 22 countries.

🌍

International Research & Strategy

Led international, multilingual user research and in-depth competitor analysis with the design team, uncovering unmet needs that directly informed product strategy, feature prioritization, and UX improvements.

🤝

Stakeholder Alignment

Acted as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, aligning user needs, business goals, and technical execution across departments
